Our hygiene process standardizes, de-duplicates and verifies raw data to form a repository of highly deliverable names ready for prospecting, customer updates and loyalty programs.
Altair uses our proprietary logic to compare the incoming new moves across the various sources as well as established files to drop any records that are not actually moves giving you better control over marketing costs. On average we purge 20,000 – 50,000 records each week with poor addresses or that aren’t moves.
SPEED IS WHAT YOU NEED
In order to stay proactive and relevant to your customer base, you need to be able to reach them at the right time, before your competition. Unlike most data providers who update their files on a monthly basis, our belief is that you need information faster than that to give you that edge. Our New Mover file is updated on a weekly basis while New Homeowners is updated daily, keeping it as fresh as possible.
PREVIOUS ADDRESS
One of our unique advantages is that many of our records contain previous address. What does this mean to you? Better analytics! Most competitors append demos based on the previous resident, which leads to analytical inaccuracies and wasted marketing dollars. Having previous address will ensure any demographics associated with that record are current and accurate so you can count on reaching the right person with the right message.
